peach
Native to East Asia, the Peach is known for its furry exterior and sweet flesh. The main producers of peach include Argentina, Chile, Italy, Spain, Greece, and South Africa. In the United States, the peach is most grown in the South and West Coast. The Nectarine is related to the peach but has a recessive gene to remove the “fuzz”.
